We therefore guarantee that your sensitive data is absolutely private and secure.
To use our web shop you must register an account. This can be done in our web shop under “my account”. In your account you must state your full name, address, postal code, city, country, email address, telephone number and make a password. Lastly, you must inform us if you would like to receive our news letter, which will include information about possible special offers or newly arrived stock. If you accept this and afterwards regret it, you can unsubscribe under the ”my account” menu in our web shop. Your account name will be your email address, which you upon registration cannot alter.
You must pay for your order with a valid credit card. Upon purchase you must state your card information. In our web shop we accept Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, VISA, MasterCard, MaostroCard, JCB and American Express. Because of security reasons we do not store any credit card information on our servers.
We only use your personal information for shipping and invoice. If your delivery address is the same as your billing address, you can state this upon registration or when you update your account. Even though your account isn’t active, we will keep your information for 5 years.
In your account it is also possible to see your previous order details and change your personal information. If you forget your password, click ”my account” and afterwards ”Forgot your password?”. By entering your email address your password will automatically be sent back to you.
You have the right to contact us at any given time to get informed about which information we have kept in connection with your account.
Cookies are small text files that are saved onto your computer’s hard disk. Cookies are there for positive purposes, to help the user when he/she returns to the cookie-issuing webpage. In our web shop we use cookies to remember your email address and password if you choose to have that information stored. Cookies can be deleted in your internet browser’s functions menu.
Security is prioritized highly in our web shop. Our server encrypts all data via an SSL session which makes it impossible for third parties to gather your information. In the payment section of our web shop you can see a lock (or another indicator depending on which internet browser you use) at the bottom of your browser as a guarantee of your page’s security.
